An Immersive Escape Game combines the best of escape rooms and immersive theater by placing you, the players, at the heart of the story. For 70 minutes, in teams of 3 to 6, you’ll become the main characters inside Batman’s universe. You’ll have to solve puzzles and interact continuously with live actors throughout the experience.

The minimum age required to take part in our missions is 7 years old, and each team must include at least one adult.
For safety reasons and to protect certain set elements, which may be fragile, it’s essential that adults supervise their children.
From the age of 15, players can participate without being accompanied by an adult during the mission.
Batman Escape reserves the right to deny access to the missions if these rules are not respected.

Bookings are made directly through our online platform. It allows you to view all available time slots for each mission, updated in real time, and to book one or several rooms at once.
If you encounter any issues while booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If your booking is made more than 48 hours before your session, you’ll also be able to split the payment between players.

Yes! Gotham City welcomes citizens from all over the world.
Pregnant women and people with reduced mobility are welcome — feel free to contact us for more details about game conditions.

As this is a live experience, once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations are possible.
However, you can reschedule your session free of charge up to 5 days before your initial date.

Not at all! You don’t need to be a Batman expert to enjoy the experience.
Fans will simply recognize more references throughout the missions — but everyone will have an amazing time!

You can choose between three missions. Each offers the same difficulty level — only the story, setting, and actors change.
- The Joker mission focuses on humor and mini-games.
- The Riddler will challenge your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The Batcave will immerse you in Batman’s secret lair, full of gadgets to manipulate.
As a bonus, The Gotham City Race is available in the Lounge — an incredible driving simulator where you can race through Gotham City’s streets in iconic vehicles like the Joker’s Corvette or the Batmobile!
Finally, our shop and lounge are open to everyone, even without a game ticket.

Immersed in Batman’s ultra-realistic universe, you’ll truly feel part of Gotham City. The atmosphere of the city is faithfully recreated through lighting, music, and characters.
There are no horror scenes — only actors who might surprise you... or not!

We can welcome you in either French or English if you prefer.

Each of Batman Escape’s 3 missions follows the same structure and can host up to 4 teams of 3 to 6 players playing simultaneously in separate sections of the room.
With over 350 m² per mission, up to 24 players can enjoy the experience at once.

Yes — as long as you don’t exceed the maximum of 6 players per team, you can add participants.

Absolutely! Batman Escape’s game design experts have created a unique experience that allows up to 4 teams of 3 to 6 players to play simultaneously within the same mission.

If one of your originally booked players can no longer attend, don’t worry — tickets are not nominative.
You can easily find a replacement without any additional cost.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, the use of phones, cameras, or any recording devices inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! A photo booth and photo spot areas are available to capture great memories of your arrival in Gotham City.

Please make sure to arrive on time — no early or late arrivals. Once it begins, the experience lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes in total.
Batman Escape is a large-scale immersive adventure, so it’s essential that your entire group is present at the scheduled time.

Game rooms are monitored by our Game Masters via microphones and cameras, but nothing is recorded.
In the Lounge, the street, and the Shop areas, a video system has been installed since the Joker’s last mischief!

No. It is strictly forbidden to touch or behave aggressively toward the actors.
Any dangerous behavior will result in the immediate end of the experience by the Batman Escape team.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Our Lounge is open to satisfy all your cravings!

Batman Escape opens the doors of Gotham City inside the Boom Boom Villette shopping center, at 30 Avenue Corentin Cariou, 75019 Paris.

Yes! The Indigo Cité des Sciences parking (61 Boulevard Macdonald, 75019 Paris) is just nearby.
Parking costs €11.40 for 3 hours and gives you easy access to Batman Escape.
And don’t worry — a photo booth and photo spot areas await you to capture a great souvenir of your visit to Gotham City.

Yes! The venue is easily accessible by Tram, Metro, and RER via the Boom Boom Villette shopping center.
- Tram Line 3b: Stop Porte de la Villette – Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie (5 min walk)
- Metro Line 7: Stop Porte de la Villette → follow exit 3 “Centre d’Événements” (3 min walk)
- RER E: Stop Rosa Parks (15 min walk or 5 min by Tram)

Up to 10 people can play simultaneously.
